1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bbok ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Player"). By using our website, app, or any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

bbok reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after any changes, it will be considered that you have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

2.1 Age Requirement

bbok's services are only for individuals aged 21 or above. You will need to verify your age when opening an account. We may request documents for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide true and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being immediately suspended or closed. To update your information, please contact our support team.

2.4 Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbok currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (where applicable, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned through bonuses.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal method be the same.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity is suspected, bbok reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account and notify the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• A bonus may only be claimed once and is not transferable to others.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• bbok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at its sole discretion.

4.4 VIP Programme

bbok's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback: 0.3% from Bronze, 0.6% from Silver, 0.9% from Gold, 1.2% from Platinum, and up to 1.5% from Diamond. Detailed rules regarding VIP rewards apply separately.

5.1 Technical Errors

Results displayed due to a technical fault, server issue, or software error may be considered void. In such situations, bbok reserves the right to make a reasonable decision.

5.2 Gaming Software

All games on bbok are powered by software from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and others). These providers' own terms and conditions may apply.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to alter game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or errors.
• Fraudulent collusion with other players.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

bbok will not be liable for any loss resulting from the unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, disruption to third-party services, or any other reason. We always strive to ensure a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8.2 Gaming Losses

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by any authority, only that provision will be voided and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
